A Venue Coordinator is very different from a planner. Your Venue Coordinator is an expert in everything pertaining to the venue. Typically they do not provide a timeline for you, set up decorations, or coordinate your vendors. Everything is an option! But we are setting ourselves up for failure if the first time we really connect is the day before or even the week of your event. We can pare down the month of coordination package if you feel you don’t need everything included there.
